My name is Adele, I’m a young filmmaker from Reggio Calabria. I completed my Filmmaking studies in June 2016 at the Nemo Academy of Digital Arts in Florence (Italy).
My education enables me to work at each segment of the realization process of an audio-visual product, from writing to editing.
I attended workshops with Colin Chilvers (director and Visual FX, Oscar award winner in 1979), Tomm Moore (director, Oscar award nominated in 2010 and 2015), David Becheri (cinematographer), Fabio Lombardelli (productor and coordinator), Marco Limberti (director), Michele Medda (screenwriter) and Björn Steinz (photoreporter).
Previously I graduated with the maximum grade at Fine Arts Academy in Florence (Italy), presenting a thesis in Directing titled “Finnish culture through the cinema”. The process of research brought me to spend my last year of studies as exchange student at the Aalto University of Art, Design and Architecture of Helsinki (Finland).
My aspiration is to work in the Camera and Lighting department, therefore I offer my skills as camera operator or camera assistant (for feature films, short films, and television) or as director of photography (for short films). I am also available to work as still photographer or making of videos and photos.
I like to travel, and working away from home doesn’t discourage me.
